Women’s Quota Exhibition

The “Women’s Quota” exhibition at the Ludwig Museum explores the role and contributions of female artists in contemporary art. The two-part exhibition’s first section focused on the depiction of the female body and the position of women artists, while the second highlights the genres and themes chosen by female creators. The exhibition aims to make women artists’ work more visible and shed light on gender inequalities in the art world.

The visual identity was designed to reflect the diversity of women’s art through typography while reinterpreting the colors of the suffragette movement in a contemporary way. With a direct, no-frills typographic and visual approach, we created an identity that resonates with the exhibition’s theme and message.
